Check-in will take place via WhatsApp procedure, you will be contacted one day before to receive access instructions, once you have received your identity documents and finalized payment where applicable (based on the chosen rate)
you will receive check-in instructions

**Payments**
Payment by credit card: (rates with non-advance payment)
the amount of the reservation only will be taken (excluding the tourist tax), in the case of an invalid credit card a communication will be sent with a request to update the card via WhatsApp or email, if this does not happen within 24 hours it will be canceled booking without notice.

Payment by bank transfer:
contact the property for the details, this payment cannot be used less than 10 days from the check-in date and the reservation will not be considered valid until the bank transfer is credited.

In case of no-show at the facility, no amount will be refunded, regardless of the rate chosen when booking.
In case of cancellation, reference will be made to the conditions of the chosen rate.

**CITY TAX**
the tourist tax is a legal obligation of the Italian State and is governed by the regulation of the Municipality of Florence and that in case of refusal of payment the Municipality will take action towards the guest to recover the unpaid sums, within the established deadlines From law.

**BREAKFAST**

Breakfast is self service (included in the price)
- In each room: coffee and tea machine, single-portion breakfast kit as a welcome.

- In the common area: biscuits, cereals, infusions, milk, fruit juices, eggs, bread, common minibar, always present as breakfast, guaranteed daily.
